I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Executive Officer at Augment AI! I’m excited, humbled, and a touch nervous to move from my past CRO tracks into the big job.?I hope that some of you wonderful people I’ve worked with over the years will chip in with support and advice as I begin this journey. Ever since I met Jordan Ritter(our CTO, and my partner in this venture) and took a look at the run of smart moves he’s made in bringing Augment AI to life through his team’s brilliance and a few smart acquisitions – I’ve been excited to help, and now I’ll get a chance to lead from the front. Augment AI stands out in the burgeoning next generation of sales enablement platforms. Our unique approach involves not simply incorporating AI into existing sales technologies but, instead, rewriting the game’s rules. Taking lessons from my and my colleagues’ work in client relationship development, we are setting out to re-establish the salesperson’s value creation and assistance for their customers – using Augment AI’s technology to replicate relationship development strategies we used in hundreds of outsourced GTMs per year.?We reject the outdated ‘B2B’ mindset and instead embrace a new paradigm that enhances buyer relationships, ensures a delightful experience, and drives seller and leader value. Our platform is the only one that facilitates ‘BwB’ enterprise selling, and the potential impact on results can be truly remarkable.
