This week, I'm road tripping to Wisconsin to kick off the first of a two-parter for Auer Steel & Heating Supply Company Inc. and the Women in HVAC group. This will be the third "season" for this event - this year, my conversation partner is resilience expert Sandy Anderson, MS. Sandy and I will explore the topic of "Building Everyday Resilience" with a group of fantastic HVAC professionals. These are leaders who work so incredibly hard - especially when "weather" is at its most challenging - to do their best in their jobs and for their teams and client. So, resilience is definitely a must-have, not an optional extra. But, as many of us know, the theory of resilience is one thing, but nurturing and sustaining it daily is a different story.
