As we near the graduation of Auction Academy Class 8, I find myself immersed in San Diego hotel recon for their big day—a task that’s both practical and deeply emotional. With every detail to plan and every venue now reviewed, the weight of this milestone truly begins to set in. This isn’t just an event; it’s the culmination of hard work, growth, and transformation for this incredible group of individuals. Watching them evolve over the past two years has been a privilege, and seeing them step into this next chapter fills me/US with pride and excitement. While ensuring that every aspect of their graduation experience is perfect, I’m also reflecting on the relationships and memories built along the way. Auction Academy is more than an education—it’s a community, a family, and a steppingstone for current and next gen industry leaders.
