Exciting project update!   At Bellevue’s Four106 high-rise, Auburn Mechanical recently completed a major milestone, setting three adjoined sections of a 43,000-lb DOAS unit—34' long, 23' wide, and 12' tall—with the tower crane. Precision and teamwork between our Local 32 Pipefitters and Local 66 Sheet Metal workers made this complex lift successful, ensuring the unit was positioned perfectly for its next phase. This unit is ready to supply dedicated outside air for the level 1 lobby and level 2-21 tenant spaces.   Great work, team! 

Congratulations to Christine Hadman, our Director of Construction, on being elected President of the 2025 CREW Seattle Board of Directors! We are excited to announce Kevin Gibbs's promotion to Superintendent! Since joining Auburn, Kevin has demonstrated exceptional leadership and communication skills. Now, he'll lead Auburn's pipefitters team, ensuring top-notch safety, installation, and field team performance. Congratulations, Kevin!
