It's been 3 months in the making, and we’re nearing the grand culmination now. ??3 months of hard work? ??3 months of *consistency*? ??3 months of REAL results and REAL progress? ? When we rolled out our annual “Partners for Progress” program, we knew that it could help our dedicated technicians?achieve tremendous things with their charges. And STILL, we are amazed by just how awesome those accomplishments were: ?Thousands of sessions conducted on time and on schedule? ??Hundreds of goals and life-changing milestones achieved with joy? ?*Immeasurable* and everlasting benefits for the children – and their families? ? Besides the intrinsic satisfaction that comes from a job well done, and in addition to the monthly raffles throughout the program, we’re now gearing up for the culmination: the GRAND RAFFLE, open to all those who achieved the Partners for Progress goals of greatly reducing – or entirely eliminating – provider cancellations of sessions during the busy summer months.?? ? Our providers poured heart and soul into the children they service and made consistent sessions and consistent progress a priority and a focus of the summer months. ? ? ...And that was ANOTHER jam-packed, goal-oriented, learning-filled day! ? With a jam-packed agenda and a room full of motivated team members all fired up to take our organization's work to the next level, every moment was packed with inspiration, motivation, and even – some fun ??? ? ??Rihannon, one of our Clinical Directors, opened the day's meetings with an overview of new developments and initiatives in our university partnership program and ongoing training for our RBTs who want to advance their careers so that we can continue Growing Our Future BCBAs? ? ??Jacob, our Senior Financial Analyst, discussed Region Reports and all we're doing to provide each Regional Director with the data, analytics, and transparency needed to ensure their operational success? ? ??Bethany, Director of Training, headlined "It's All About Training" where we met our training team and saw how they thoroughly prepare our incoming technicians to ensure their success? ? ??Our Director of IT, David, showcased the exciting and revolutionary work of the IT team in creating a technician dashboard that will give them the tools, technology, and transparency necessary to support their growth and enable them to attain their personal and professional ambitions. (We're excited to tell you more about this incredible tool one day, but for now, we gotta keep it a secret????) ??We made time for some fun, too! Our entire corporate office then got the chance to catch up with the directors and meet the newer leaders from new states over a delicious dairy lunch?? ? ??It all culminated with Corporate Connections – individual meetings between regional directors and our dedicated corporate employees who support their endeavors and run the back-office operations with efficiency to ensure each region's success.?? ? The spirit of collaboration and connections was apparent to all, and the relationships fostered and strengthened will stand us all in good stead as we face the upcoming quarter with motivation, determined to put into action all the ambitious goals laid out over our Quarterly Meeting.?? ? We wish our fabulous and dedicated Regional Directors much success as they head back home, armed with the tools, resources, and ongoing support they need to continue making a real difference in the lives of children with ASD and their families.?? ? ? ...and that's a wrap!

That was one jam-packed, goal-oriented, learning-filled day! ? Our Quarterly Meeting is in full swing, and Day 1 was all it promised to be – and more! It was a wonderful recap of our organization’s growth and success, and clearly laid out our vision of continued growth, to help even more families in 2025.? ? ?? Rifkee of Client Services spoke next, highlighting an impressive array of new developments and improvements to keep making things work better for our technicians and our families.?? ? ?? This was followed by a short break for to allow for some breathing space – and some fabulous one-on-one meetings and networking between our fantastic team leaders.? ? ?? Zehava, Director of Employee Experience, presented an in-depth overview of all she and her team do to maintain and improve company culture so that everyone feels connected, supported, and heard. ? ? ?? Karoon, VP of Talent Acquisitions, spoke about our ongoing recruitment efforts, and explained all her team does to ensure as smooth an onboarding experience for new team members as possible.? ? ??Ari, our Marketing Manager, discussed all things marketing and shared a show-stopping array of recent projects, marketing collateral, and branding assets created to support all our marketing and recruitment efforts nationwide.? ? ?? Keysha spoke about optimizing Center Services and all the fabulous team does to make our centers a warm, welcoming environment that feels like home, where – in Keysha’s words, “the kids cry when it’s time to leave, and not when they come.” ? ? ??Karina, Director of Intake and Authorizations, detailed the processes the team has established to ensure that every child gets access to the care they need as soon as humanely possible.? ? We are so delighted to welcome our fabulous team of Regional Directors from across the country, representing states from the South, to the East, to the West, to the Midwest - and beyond - to our corporate headquarters in New Jersey! As our company expands services to more and more states, it becomes even more important to maintain the sense of community among our fantastic leaders. And what better way to do it than our in-person Quarterly Meeting?? ? There’s something special about meeting people in person with whom you share a long-distance virtual relationship for much of the rest of the time. There’s something even more powerful about a team of passionate visionaries coming together to share their experiences, their expertise, their vision, and their commitment to building the Attain-Kadiant-ConnectPlus organization?to help even more children across the country, their families, and the broader autism community.? ? There’s a palpable energy in the air, and the effects linger for a long time thereafter. There's nothing like speaking to others in the trenches to gain inspiration, insight, and practical ideas to help you in your operational region. There’s nothing more effective than shared brainpower and resources to help us improve the experience for our providers and families. And there’s nothing that works better to build on our fabulous company culture, as we tackle challenges, discuss new initiatives, and celebrate our shared successes – together.?? ? Don't worry, we have some fun stuff (and fabulous dinners!) planned, too! But for this morning, Day 1 of our Quarterly Meeting, we are so excited to dive right in and tackle the job of bringing top-notch, life-changing autism care to every one of the 50 states.? ? WOW!! What an event!? ? A huge thank you to the Family Resource Network for putting together the most amazing event!? ? ??????????????????????????It was incredible to see the huge crowds! Families from across New Jersey and even Pennsylvania came together at the Jersey Shore to experience a day of surfing, sun, fun, and community. Meeting and interacting with so many families and children of all ages was a real treat. ? ???????The program was awesome, the weather was fantastic, and the beach setting was gorgeous – the perfect backdrop for a perfect day! It was so heartwarming to see all the Beach Bash attendees bask in that atmosphere of warmth and acceptance, enjoying the last licks of summer with unrestricted joy.? ? ??♂???♂???♂?Big shoutout to Surfer’s Healing Foundation, Inc.! It was *incredible* to watch their team in action! They put their full energies into ensuring that every child can experience the joy and freedom of surfing. And if the huge smiles were anything to go by, it was an experience they’ll never forget!? ? Thank you for the opportunity to be part of this fantastic event!?? ??Yes, we’re already looking forward to next year’s event!!?
