???????????????????????????? How long did it take to #build the #NFL?? ???????????????????????????? I have used this analogy many times in my short career... 1). You have to have the #Game... ??What's the Point? ??How do you Play? ??What are the rules? ??How do we keep score? 2). Then you need some #coaches ??Gotta teach them all of the above.. 3). Now the coaches have to go find some Players ... ??First you have to teach them all of the above listed in step 1... ??Next you have to figure out who is good at what position... ??Gotta keep everyone moving and staying in shape.. ??Plays- now we have to apply some strategy.... ??How many practices does it take before the learned behavior starts to set in... ??What happens when your star players gets injured?? Time to start over.. DANG IT! ??What happens when your personalities clash and they quit?-- Start over again.. ?? ??What happens when you get a bad egg? Start over AGAIN!!! ?????? 4). We need owners and referees if we are going to #Monetize this and keep parties accountable to the rules... 5). Preseason- Time to practice what we think we have learned... ??Nope-back to the drawing board... Didn't work how we thought... try again!!! 6). FANS- gotta have them... they are who pay the bills so we can play this game... (Oil and Gas Customers) ??. We have to find people who can explain the game of football as good as we can to get them interested enough to spend their money to watch us work...WHAT?!???????♀?. To See where we have gotten in 1.5 years with no more than 5 people at any given time...
