Proud to share the unveiling of two stunning auditorium renovations in Green Bay Area Public Schools (GBAPS)! Our team at ATSR, led by auditorium design specialist Peter Lacey (AIA NCARB RIBA LEED AP), brought these performance spaces back to life. At Preble High School, the remodel included a full modernization. The other was a historic restoration at West High School, complete with upgraded technology and acoustical re-engineering by our partners at Kvernstoen, R?nnholm & Associates. We are thrilled to see the Momentum Aviation Flight Deck come to life as part of Minnetonka Public School’s new VANTAGE/MOMENTUM Education Center! ?? This new state-of-the-art facility supports Minnetonka’s professional experiential learning programs, offering students hands-on opportunities to develop professional skills in many occupations. The Flight Deck features three full-size flight simulators and a custom airport graphic that wraps around the entire space, creating an immersive learning environment. ATSR is excited to partner with Venture Academy on a Net-Zero-Ready Master Plan. Venture Academy is a new private school that opened in the fall of 2024 in the Chippewa Valley of Wisconsin and is initially serving grades K-6. The mission of Venture is “Empowering Christ-centered leaders, designers and innovators for a world we can't yet imagine". The two-year planning process for the new school has involved over 400 varied stakeholders throughout the community in focus groups, design meetings, and presentations. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, 65% of first graders in school today, will work in jobs that do not exist yet. Considering this reality, Venture, in partnership with ATSR Planners/Architects/Engineers, began designing a new learning environment focused on academic competencies, research-based innovation, personalized learning, and character development. ? Venture aims to prepare students to thrive in a rapidly changing world while empowering them to live virtuous lives. The school celebrates the purposeful design of each student, celebrating their gifts and talents. Low student-teacher ratios provide students with the support and attention they deserve. ATSR President Dave Maroney and wife Julie were on-hand for the ribbon cutting at the new Le Sueur-Henderson Elementary School in Le Sueur Minnesota. LSH students did a great job opening the doors for their new school! ATSR designed this new $38.7 million, 90,000 square foot, 600-student, two-story, PreK-5 school with ‘future-ready’ spaces for student-centered learning. LSH Schools and their community are full of pride for their new space!
