Increasing our community’s housing stock is a priority for the City of Orlando. We’re thankful to the members of our Planning team who continuously update our Growth Management Plan. Their work ensures our zoning regulations and land development codes allow for the innovative adaptive reuse of underused properties like the one where the Milk Stacks apartments now stand on Bumby Avenue. Developed by Atrium Management Company, the Milk Stacks has 27 units, plus a design that fits in well in The Milk District, one of our popular Orlando Main Streets districts. Mayor Dyer and Commissioner Sheehan recently helped Atrium celebrate the ribbon cutting for the apartments. Having a city Planning team that is consistently researching and amending our codes while also implementing new initiatives to keep up with development trends allows developers like Atrium to propose and build new concepts like this that continue to aid in increasing our city’s housing stock.

I accompanied over 80 business leaders and associates of Atrium Management Company’s #MilkStacksApartment project last Friday morning in Orlando's Milk District! Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer joined Atrium executives Adam Wonus and Michael Krause in the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and reception that followed. This project is innovative, visionary and inspiring, and a testament as to how development projects can support the history of the neighborhood and the community can enjoy. Other strategic partners on this project included Chris Cucci, CCIM of Climate First Bank and civil engineer Bob Ziegenfuss of Z Development Services joined in on the festivities. I look forward to future real estate project openings. H&CO #Orlando #Realestate

Congratulations to Michael & Adam as well as the rest of the Atrium team on the upcoming completion of the Milk Stacks Apartments in Orlando! The building itself has milk pouring out of it and believe it or not - you can buy cookies from Phat Ash Bakes inside. It’s truly legen-dairy! Once you have your cookies, you can stop by the art shop, maybe even see the Moo-na Lisa. ?? I’m so fortunate to be a part of something this impactful and rewarding. As a wise man by the name of Henry Ford once said, “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.” #Oneteamonedream The Milk District Atrium Management Company

Today, Jed Grennan and I joined over 200 business and real estate development and investment professionals for Atrium Management Company’s 2025 Investor Summit at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in downtown Orlando. The six-hour event was probably one of the finest in subject matter and star quality speakers I have witnessed in a long time. Owners Adam Wonus and Michael Krause and his Atrium Management Company Management team did an outstanding job. Look at this agenda: I. Our Interconnected Sectors featured Jill Roberts, Atrium Commercial, David Murphy of CBRE and Luke Wickham of IPA - who reviewed the current state of the real estate market in Central Florida, and opportunities for the near term. II. Community Driven Development- Atrium’s Adam Wonus and Emma Maury reviewed the various projects that have been completed and those coming online through Atrium’s development projects. III. Steven McCraney, CEO of Steven McCraney Property Company has developed more than 18,000,000 ft.2 of industrial and commercial properties throughout the southeast and he was interviewed by Monica Wonus. Steve’s message was personal, raw, and inspirational on the power of faith and collaborating with smart people in his business. IV. Orlando 2.0 featured Lowndes Law Commercial Development attorney Becky Wilson, Baker Barrios CEO Tim Baker, and Orlando city commissioner Jim Gray, who together covered all the unique factors that are making Orlando an attractive investment market, as well as all of the challenges that are faced to get these projects approved. V. 3-Time NCAA College Football Coach Urban Meyer concluded the program with an inspiring, real-world message on what it takes to be a Level 5 leader in every aspect of life and what it takes to inspire and drive people to greatness. His message to relentlessly chase a target to win every day is a testament to his success and what it takes to truly win in life and in business. H&CO USA (formally Grennan Fender) has sponsored this fabulous event for the last several years and is a huge supporter, advocate and advisor to the real estate investment and construction communities. Had a great time at the Atrium Investor Summit 2025. Thank you Atrium Management Company! It was great catching up with familiar faces, making new connections, and hearing from some incredible speakers. One takeaway that stuck with me was from Urban Meyer: ?? Event + Response = Outcome We can’t always control what happens, but we can control how we respond which makes all the difference. Appreciate everyone who made this event happen, and looking forward to the next one! #InvestorSummit2025 #Networking #GrowthMindset #RealEstate
