We're excited to welcome Krishna Pramodh, aka KP, to Atomicwork as the newest addition to our product team. KP brings a wealth of experience from his time at Freshworks, where he made significant contributions across multiple roles. Starting as a sales engineer selling to the North American market, KP excelled in driving growth and became a member of the President's Club. His journey continued into Product Management, where he spearheaded the development and launch of custom objects—a key enterprise feature in Freshdesk, Freshworks' flagship product. KP went on to play a critical role in enhancing Freshchat and Customer Support Software (CSS), leading projects across various channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. His innovative work on AI-powered features like Live Translate, Proactive Quality Coach, and Post Resolution Quality Coach has been instrumental in improving user experiences. At Atomicwork, KP will drive product innovation and help us continue our mission of delivering exceptional solutions. We're thrilled to have him join us at this juncture, and we're excited to do big things together. Welcome aboard, KP!

Bob brings an incredible depth of experience in IT services and enterprise AI/ML SaaS consulting. With a strong background in technical solution design, implementation, and workflow management, Bob is set to play a pivotal role in delivering AI-powered ITSM solutions and enhancing employee experiences across the modern workplace. ?? Before joining us, Bob worked at Ushur where he led the design and implementation of customer experience automation solutions for enterprise healthcare organizations. His work not only increased engagement and efficiency for clients but also earned him recognition, including being honored as part of Ushur's 2023 Sales Excellence Club for his outstanding contributions to sales OKRs. Prior to this, Bob served as a vCIO at Tera Technology Group, where he was instrumental in helping resolve technical challenges and stay ahead of technology trends. Bob’s educational foundation is just as impressive, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. On top of his professional achievements, Bob enjoys spending his free time outdoors, whether it's running, hiking or fishing.
