?? Exciting news for Atom Power ?? We have received the BEST IN HR Award from the Charlotte Business Journal in the Small Private Company category! This is quite an accomplishment for the team. This award signifies the huge undertaking the team did early in 2024, when we exited our PEO and brought all HR functionality in house. We went from RFP with vendors to running payroll in less than 45 days. The business impact was significant ($$$), streamlining our processes made for a better employee experience and moving 7 platforms into 1 unified HR platform built efficiencies in our human capital systems. The award also recognizes the amazing work the team has done around culture and engagement. Gaining quarter over quarter improvement in our engagement scores. Western North Carolina has been devastated by the impacts of Hurricane Helene, leaving thousands of North Carolinians without power, food, shelter, and water. Recovery efforts are well underway, but communities still need critical support to save lives. NCSEA and Greentech Renewables are teaming up with Footprint Project and Land of Sky Regional Council to provide critical need solutions through clean energy resources, such as temporary and long-term microgrids to provide power, water, and Wi-Fi to people in Western North Carolina most significantly impacted.
