Providing real-time insect detection and identification

关于我们

Atolla has developed a sensor system that allows accurate identification of insects in flight. Our in-house identification algorithm references the specific insect identified with existing insect profiles, allowing accurate identification. Upon the insect being categorised as an insect pest, an alert is sent to the grower alerting the grower of an infestation and providing a geolocation.

C-USV Measures: Countering the Threat of Unmanned Surface Vehicles As the use of unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) becomes more prevalent, maritime security faces new challenges. Effective countermeasures are essential to protect critical infrastructure and naval assets. Advanced radar and sonar systems are crucial for detecting small, fast-moving USVs. Lidar technology offers precise detection and mapping, while AI and machine learning can analyze patterns to identify potential threats efficiently. Deploying underwater net barriers around critical infrastructure and high-value assets can physically block USVs. Floating booms and barriers can restrict access to sensitive areas, deterring unauthorized drones. Jamming technologies can disrupt the communication and navigation systems of USVs, rendering them inoperable or forcing them to surface. Cyber measures can remotely take control of or disable USVs, neutralizing threats without physical intervention. Automated platforms equipped with non-lethal countermeasures like water cannons and entanglement devices can disable or capture USVs without causing permanent damage. Specialized weapons designed to intercept and neutralize USVs, including kinetic interceptors and directed energy weapons, can provide robust defense. Deploying surveillance and interception drones can monitor and neutralize potential USV threats, offering real-time tracking and interception capabilities. Developing integrated systems that combine radar, sonar, lidar, and AI ensures a comprehensive detection and response capability. International collaboration is essential for sharing intelligence, technologies, and best practices. Continuous innovation is necessary to stay ahead of evolving USV technologies and tactics. Implementing these measures will significantly enhance maritime security and ensure that critical infrastructure and naval assets are protected from the emerging threat of USVs. https://lnkd.in/eiFGNBpV #MaritimeSecurity #SeaDrones #USV #Countermeasures #Technology #Defense #Innovation #NavalSecurity #AI #CyberSecurity #Lidar
