Herman J. Russell – A visionary entrepreneur and real estate magnate, Russell founded H.J. Russell & Company, one of the largest Black-owned construction and real estate development firms in the U.S. His legacy includes developing key projects that shaped Atlanta’s skyline.
Egbert L. J. Perry - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Integral Group, LLC (Integral). A real estate, construction and community development professional since 1979, he has been at the helm of various projects, including residential, office, rental, instructional and mixed-use projects.
T. Dallas Smith – A commercial real estate powerhouse, Smith founded T. Dallas Smith & Company, the largest African American-owned pure tenant representation firm in the country, paving the way for Black professionals in the industry.
