? Meet Kaley Wilson, our newest property manager! Kaley is a Raleigh native with over six years of real estate experience, specializing in single-family and multi-family home management. She’s a proud graduate of Cary Academy and Meredith College, where she earned her degree in Spanish and vocal performance. Fun fact: Kaley is fluent in Spanish and also holds her brokerage license! ?? Exciting News for Downtown Clayton! ?? We are thrilled to announce that Church Spirits & Cocktails is opening its doors on November 8th! This bespoke bar will serve eight classic cocktails alongside a selection of seasonal drinks. Located at 213 W Main St. ??

We had an amazing night at the Atlas Stark Fall Family Get-Together! It was so wonderful to see everyone come together, sharing good food and enjoying each other’s company. A huge thank you to our employees and their families for making it such a memorable day.

Big News Wake Forest Community! We are very excited to announce that the redevelopment project at 535 S. White St has been completed! This 16,500-square-foot building that has been part of our community since 1962 (known as the Welsh building) is now open. Once an agricultural supply warehouse, it is now home to five tenants.
