To those in the #EPC, #MEP, and other engineering design disciplines - If you're going to go to the effort of getting a fancy 3D piping model of your facility, and as built P&IDs - then you should also consider getting the 'brains' of the system at the same time. Pair your process and mechanical review with a Control System review so your P&IDs have full PID details, tagging, set points, alarming and compare your field faceplates to the logical instrument index. It's a small adder that adds a ton of value for your deliverable. And don't forget to ask for an Alarm History Audit - isolate those PSDs and the root causes for additional value add on improving a facilities operations. www.Atlas-OT.com

This is our philosophy! What happens if we invest in our people and they leave? What happens if we don't and they stay?
Founder Helping You Grow | Follow for Daily Leadership & Growth Insights | Serial Entrepreneur | Ex-RBC
Why do good employees quit? It’s more than just the job market. To keep your best workers, you need to know why they leave in the first place. Richard Branson said it best: “Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don’t want to.” Here are 9 reasons people leave their jobs: 1. No Appreciation ???? They don’t feel valued. 2. Bad Bosses ???? Leadership isn’t supportive. 3. No Room to Grow ???? They feel stuck. 4. Negative Vibes ???? A toxic workplace drains them. 5. Poor Work-Life Balance ???? They can’t manage both work and personal life. 6. Low Pay ???? They’re not paid fairly. 7. Too Much Control ???? They want more freedom in their work. 8. Values Don’t Match ???? Their personal values clash with the company’s. 9. Burnout ???? They’re exhausted and stressed out. Want to keep your team happy? Try these 4 tips: - Say Thanks and Celebrate Wins - Encourage Open Communication - Help Them Grow - Support Work-Life Balance Happy employees stay longer and work harder. It’s not just about money. It’s about feeling respected and growing together. Notice the warning signs early. Take care of your team, and your business will thrive. How do you keep your team engaged?
