His career experience has provided him unique insight as a industrial distributor and as an OEM offering chemical dosing systems. This experience provides a breadth of knowledge in #PLCs, #VFDs, and #HMI solutions. As a Controls Engineer, he'll be able to lean on these experiences to offer Atlas' clients unique insights on material specifications, design optimizations - as well as controls and automation architecture, programming and implementation. Dylan's career has provided experience in oil and gas, food and beverage, water and wastewater industries and will compliment many of our client's projects. Justin has covered a lot of professional experience in his few years since school, including: - #ControlPanel Design and Acceptance Testing (Phoenix Contact USA , Siemens and others) - VFD and Motor Control Panel Design and Acceptance Testing (Siemens, Schneider Electric - #RTU / #PLC #Programming - Subject matter expert on Emerson #FB3000 in the Oilfield - Leading field commissioning efforts As a Controls Engineer, Justin will be supporting several efforts for our team including PLC programming development, control and electrical design, #HMI and #SCADA development, and commissioning support. Justin will play a pivotal role in Atlas' expansion in water, food and beverage, renewable energy including Hydrogen. Fun fact: Justin enjoys racing lemons. To those in the #EPC, #MEP, and other engineering design disciplines - If you're going to go to the effort of getting a fancy 3D piping model of your facility, and as built P&IDs - then you should also consider getting the 'brains' of the system at the same time. Pair your process and mechanical review with a Control System review so your P&IDs have full PID details, tagging, set points, alarming and compare your field faceplates to the logical instrument index. It's a small adder that adds a ton of value for your deliverable. And don't forget to ask for an Alarm History Audit - isolate those PSDs and the root causes for additional value add on improving a facilities operations. www.Atlas-OT.com
