This project is a Demolition Monster—and our team has taken it on with full force! Currently in progress, this 60,000 sq. ft. mini-mall at Fort Jackson in South Carolina is being cleared to make way for a future medical services plaza. With multiple phases of a full interior demolition and gut underway, our crew has been tackling it all: saw-cutting masonry structural walls, removing metal structural walls, cutting and removing the concrete foundation, and taking down all storefronts. ???? Not only is this a massive job, but it’s also our first government contract. We couldn’t be prouder of our team for powering through every detail to get it done right.
