Atlas Central Issue Facility is a privately held corporation specializing in logistics and supply chain management. The mission of the Atlas Central Issue Facility (ACIF) is to operate issue/turn-in points for Organizational Clothing and Equipment (OCIE) in support of all Atlas Alliance personnel. The Atlas Central Issue Facility (ACIF) system provides precise management of Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE). To accomplish this mission, the ACIF stores, requests, receives, accounts for, classifies, exchanges, provides repair of selected items, maintains records and files, and publishes operational procedures for all Atlas OCIE items, regulations and policies. The ACIF provides storage combined with office space, and is used in the onboarding process to new Atlas recruits and to issue equipment on an as-needed basis to all Atlas Alliance personnel. Atlas Central Issue Facility created and maintains a retail component known as Atlas Exchange. The Atlas Exchange mission is to provide quality merchandise and services at competitively low prices and generate earnings which provide a dividend to support Atlas personnel retention, loyalty, morale, training, fitness, wellness, and recreation programs. The Atlas Exchange offers products, retail goods, uniform items, and gear to Atlas personnel, their families and the general public both in-person and online.
