Michael Lignos has been inspired to volunteer with, donate to, and reach out to 9 different folks featured on An Army of Normal Folks! This includes running with Back on My Feet, meeting a family’s need once a month on the CarePortal platform, and donating to ARI ( Atlanta Redemption Ink) and AFUTURESUPERHERO AND FRIENDS And he’s a premium member of the Army :) He’s the ultimate Army member! Tennessee! Tattoo Cover up on this beautiful survivor sister. This process can symbol freedom, healing, & the beginning of a new chapter in life. It can also help in emotional health/recovery by allowing survivors to feel safer in their own skin, no longer bearing visible reminders of the trauma they have experienced. Additionally, it helps reduce stigmas, as these tattoos can bring unwanted attention or judgment from those unfamiliar with their meaning. We often hear that by altering these tattoos, survivors feel they regain their own agency, reclaiming ownership over their bodies, stories, & futures. Thank you Dawn of Spectrum Tattoo
