?? October 2024 Market Update The Atlanta real estate market is buzzing! With an average sales price of $516,000 and 4,272 total sales last month, the market is showing strong activity. There were 7,541 new listings added, bringing the total active listings to 17,058. While the median sales price dipped slightly to $418,000, the months’ supply rose to 3.8, giving buyers and sellers more opportunities. Throwing it back to EcoFest to celebrate our incredible Sustainability Committee! ?? This year's event was a huge success with approximately 100 more vehicles participating than last year. ???? We’re thrilled to share that we collected a whopping 19,000 pounds of shredding—equivalent to 9.72 tons! Our e-waste collection filled 16 cubic yards, $987 in donations were raised for the KNFB, and the American Kidney Foundation received nearly 2,000 pounds of donated items. ???
