Today is Trans Day of Remembrance, a day to reflect on the lives lost to anti-trans violence and recommit to building a safer world. In this powerful video, Chanel Haley, Deputy Director of Georgia Equality and a 2019 Atlanta Pride Grand Marshal, shares her perspective as an advocate for trans rights and the trans community. ?????? Georgia Equality works tirelessly to protect and uplift the trans community through advocacy, education, and policy change. Together, we can fight for a future where trans lives are celebrated, respected, and valued. Chanel also reminds us that the day after Trans Day of Remembrance is Trans Day of Resilience, a celebration of trans joy, strength, and power. We stand United with Pride as we continue to uplift the trans community.

We're hiring a Development Manager ?? Atlanta Pride seeks an enthusiastic and thoughtful Development Manager to join its small, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in corporate and individual fundraising, complex event management, and a passion for LGBTQ+ equity. The Development Manager will work with existing staff to get to know all components of Atlanta Pride’s work, with a particular focus on fundraising as it relates to the Festival and Parade. This position will report directly to the Executive Director and work closely with the Board of Directors, additional staff, volunteers, and external partners.
