ATLANTA Drive Systems Inc. is known as a World Leader in Rack & Pinion Drive Technologies, as well as Servo-Reducers and Linear Actuators. We draw on our vast experience, combined with our wide, standard product range to address and solve any application requirements presented. ATLANTA has the widest range of standard rack & pinion drives, consisting of both helical & straight (spur) tooth versions, in an assortment of sizes, materials and quality levels, to meet almost any axis drive requirements. Quality levels from DIN 4 to DIN 10 (AGMA 8 to 12+) are available, with pitch deviations down to 12 microns per meter length. Also available are Servo-Worm and Planetary Reducers, with backlash levels down to one arc-minute. These drives are perfect for a wide range of applications, including axis drives requiring precise positioning & repeatability, traveling gantries & columns, pick & place robots, CNC routers and material handling systems. Heavy load capacities and duty cycles can also be easily handled with this drives. Industries served include Material Handling, Automation, Automotive, Aerospace, Machine Tool, Woodworking and Robotics.
