This was a excellent recap of areas of focus that too many companies become complacent about. ATIMS is focused on being the best JMS and company to work with in the corrections industry. We look forward to an opportunity to prove that to you and your staff.

A Sales Process Expert Sharing Client Focused Content for Business Growth | Your Chief Encouragement Officer

Complacency is the kiss of death. Gripping tightly to the satisfaction that came from past achievements is a prison preventing improvement and growth. There are a few areas of business #operations that need a continuous or at least regularly scheduled examination. The reliance on what worked last quarter, last year or over the last five years is equivalent to holding on to the laurel wreath that has long dried out and is falling apart. ?? Product- #Market Fit- The pace at which society and individuals are changing and evolving is break-neck. Keeping up with what is valued and needed to the audience you sell to must be continuous. ?? Leverage #Content Marketing and SEO- What content have you pushed out over the last week, month, quarter? Create a visual that captures your campaigns and efforts and evaluate their effectiveness with your sales goals for the year. Are they complimentary? ?? Refine Your Pricing Models- The economy is in massive flux not just here at home but abroad. Keeping your services at various levels with tiered pricing can help retain customers when they are looking to reduce #overhead. ?? Implement A Strong #Referral Program- Take note of where your business is coming from. Define a reward structure that is known to your customers and when you bring in new business because of them, make a big deal of it because it is a big deal. ?? Focus on Customer #Retention- The frequency of contact and the ongoing concern for how their workplace is changing is not common. The intentional effort to maintain connection and continue to add value to their lives will separate you from the world of vendors. ?? Improve User #Onboarding- When was the last time you evaluated the process from contract execution through implementation? This transition is the place where customers evaluate if they made the right decision. Their onboarding experience is crucial to retention and referrals. ?? Monitor User #Feedback and Data Analysis- How many channels are open for customers to provide feedback? What methods and prompts are they offered to gain their insight? Map it out. What's the most frequently used, how many data points are you getting a month/quarter? What decisions have been made in response to customer feedback? Does the customer know their feedback resulted in improvements? ?? Utilize LinkedIn- More than any social media, the value of a strong network on LinkedIn can and should be monetized.

Thanks for sharing this article… It’s interesting, I often get asked what’s the difference as most civilians never really thought about it or cared ... and typically at its most basic level is the “transient” nature of a jail vs a prison. And in a prison setting, a conviction has been rendered and that’s not necessarily the case in a jail - although the inmate may already be sentenced... Long story short - both require the security, care and feeding of inmates as well as security of staff. ATIMS InCustody JMS is instrumental to meeting those needs in a corrections setting... that’s our sole focus!

Enjoy more highlights from the 2025 NSA Winter Conference! Day four featured the annual Hill Day, where sheriffs met with their state representatives to discuss the critical issues impacting law enforcement. This invaluable opportunity allowed sheriffs to engage directly with policymakers on the matters that matter most. While the conference may have ended, we’ll continue sharing more unforgettable moments from our time in Washington, D.C.!
