Fellow attorneys: physical training is the number one game-changer for your life right now. "Game-changing" sounds ominous though, doesn't it? Like it's a lot of effort. It doesn't have to be. I'm completely convinced all the "no pain no gain" stuff in our heads comes from listening to people we actually don't want to be like. Of course you have to try. But getting really fit for life is about setting your sail in the right direction. Not rowing like a maniac. The secret? Finding an approach that serves you, not the other way around.
