We are Better Together and Stronger as One! Such an impactful conference that we were so honored to be a part of in Colorado! Excellent job Matt Mishkind, and our very own Daphne Faldi as well as, Kimberly O'Brien for addressing this incredible audience as the keynote speaker. We garnered so much truth and perspective. We learned so much from the research and the stories and we shared and connected in so many ways. All the participants from the speakers, to the moderators, to the panelist, to the exhibitors, to the teams, to the audience, brought so much to the table! #momentum #mentalhealthishealth #mentalhealthmatters #bettertogether #strongerasonr #COACmH https://lnkd.in/e9RHJ3Tj

??? Fresh off the Coalition of Athletic Communities for Mental Health conference—these conversations left a lasting impact. Grateful for Daphne Faldi and Matt Mishkind for bringing together so many leaders committed to real change. Hearing the stories, struggles, and lived experiences in that room made one thing clear: we don’t just need more awareness—we need more action. That's why being there mattered. Because when people come together, things shift. Conversations lead to commitments. Ideas lead to impact. And that’s how we move the needle forward. ?? Last week also marked Eating Disorder Awareness Week, a reminder that disordered eating remains one of the most overlooked challenges in sports. We need to ensure prevention, early intervention, and real support systems are in place. Huge appreciation for Emily Hemendinger and Kate Daley, MA, LPCC, RDN, along with the Eating Recovery Center and Athlete EDGE? at EDCare, for their contributions. I learned so much from you and your work is making a real difference! The conversations from this conference were powerful, and I’m committed to building partnerships and strengthening relationships to keep the momentum going. ?? CONVERSATIONS BREAK THE SILENCE. ACTION BUILDS THE FUTURE. What do you think? #AthleteMentalHealth #MentalHealthMatters #HomeTeam
