"I want a #scholarship, but my skills aren’t enough to get one." That’s about to change. Starting today. For years, scholarships were reserved for the best athletes. Those with the right stats and the right connections. But the game has changed. ?? Now, athletes can create their own scholarships through #NIL deals.?? The problem? Most athletes have no idea how to build their personal brand on social media. What if an athlete-focused social media agency taught them exactly how to do it? That’s why Athlete Zero is partnering with Press Upload. For the first time, athletes have a one-stop solution. We teach them how to build their social media presence. We close their NIL deals. All they have to do is focus on what they do best—competing. ? No waiting for a coach to believe in them. ? No hoping for the perfect offer. ? Just taking action and securing their own future. Ellie Wookey, thanks for making it happen!

What we did last week felt impossible just a year ago. ?? It all started with a simple idea: How can we inspire more people to chase their dreams and embrace the grind? As an athletic brand, we’ve always been about helping athletes grow stronger. But we wanted to create something that could go beyond training sessions and into their everyday lives. That’s when the idea of launching merch was born. But 200 SKUs? On our first launch? ?? It sounded crazy. But as we were designing every piece, it hit us: This wasn’t just about apparel. It was about building a movement. We wanted to create something that would not only inspire everyone who wore it, but those who saw it too. A walking reminder that the grind never stops. That every setback is a setup for a comeback. That success isn’t luck; it’s earned, one rep at a time. So last week, we turned that dream into reality. And when we saw the first orders coming in, we realized: this isn’t just about us anymore. It’s about a generation of athletes ready to push past their limits and inspire others to do the same. This is more than fashion. This is the beginning of something bigger. ?? #athlete0 #mentaltraining #collegerecruiting #sportsnutrition #athletezero #grind #merch #clothing #message #hardwork

We’ve Decided To Bring Willy Wonka To Real Life ????? A sports company selling chocolate? Nah. But the golden ticket? OH YEAH! That’s real. This Saturday, at the Texans vs Chiefs game, we’re doing something special for young athletes. Some lucky fans are going to think they found a $20 bill lying on the ground. ?? But when they pick it up? It’s going to become the luckiest day of their lifeee. They’re not holding $20. They’re holding a FREE pass to our 8-week nutrition program—designed to fuel their body, build muscle, and take their game to the next level. We’ve planted 5 “golden tickets” around the stadium. Who will find them? Good luck to all the young athletes out there! ?? PS: If you’re going to the game, keep your eyes peeled. Your future might just be lying at your feet.

We Created A #Cologne That Improves Athlete's Performance! Yes! After months of research and testing, we finally cracked the code! It's a cologne that unlocks your peak performance. Spray it on, and voilà—you’re #unstoppable. The secret? It's all about the #ritual. After applying it, meditate for 10 minutes, focusing on your breathing and self-talk. Then, run 10 miles. Lastly, fuel up with a perfectly balanced meal packed with macro and micronutrients. Now... Let’s be real. Everyone wishes there was a magic spray, pill, or shortcut. But guess what... There isn't. Success comes from consistent effort—training hard, eating right, mastering your mindset, prioritizing recovery... Will this guarantee you’ll achieve your #dreams? No. But it will bring you closer. And that’s how #greatness is built. Because the real "magic formula" is showing up every single day and putting in the work when nobody’s watching. Greatness is not given. It’s earned. #athletezero #mentaltraining #collegerecruiting #sportsnutrition #physicaltraining #athlete0 #magicformula #success #bestathlete #train #trainhard

We Decided To Turn Our Sports Center Into A Museum. Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of helping hundreds of athletes. Along the way, we’ve heard just about every excuse in the book. Some were so creative, that practically invented a new form of art. Painting? Sculpting? Nope—it’s called the art of avoiding greatness. Our museum is composed of three of the most creative masterpieces that surpass Da Vinci’s innovations. 1?? The Loose Excuse - Portraying the championship that “almost happened”—if only that shoelace had stayed tied. 2?? The Famous Busy Schedule - A packed schedule filled with everything… except the commitment to practice. 3?? The Phantom Brace – The ultimate accessory for any athlete who’s “just not feeling it” today, turning a minor ache into an instant reason to skip the grind. Now... ?? Here is the catch. We didn’t build this museum for our athletes. You didn’t think we were that naive, did you? We built it for their competitors. Our athletes walk past it on their way to success! Because when someone is prepared to win, there is no need for excuses, only action. ???? #athletezero #mentaltraining #collegerecruiting #sportsnutrition #greatness #success #athlete #athlete0 #museum #excuses #failure #shoe #sports

They Told Us To Stick To Social Media… So We Took It To The #Streets. Nowadays, everyone’s on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook... so much supply, and the demand just keeps getting smaller and smaller. So, instead of getting lost in the scroll, we went #oldschool. Yep. That #traditional marketing that no one really believes in anymore. That’s the one we chose! The goal? Making the day of any student-athlete who walks through the streets of Boston. We wanted to instill the hope that some coaches and teammates have taken away over the years. We wanted to encourage them to believe in themselves and inspire the next Tom Bradys and Michael Jordans of the world. But here's the twist... These ads? They're not real. Just here to grab your attention (and it worked, didn’t it?). ?? We’re not here to follow the crowd. We’re here to break traditional norms. The campaign wasn’t for the Boston kids. It was for you. We want you to instill that hope in every athlete you know—whether it's your child, your teammate, or someone you meet on the street. We're here to help them unleash their potential. #athletezero #sportsnutrition #mentaltraining #collegerecruiting #justdoit #youcal #grind #hardwork #gorilamarketing #marketing #billboard #socialmedia #athlete0

How To Help Your Kids Love Sports?? While it comes from a place of love, ask any young athlete and they’ll tell you—nothing is more frustrating than parents getting too involved in their sports. Here are key areas where parents should tread carefully to keep sports enjoyable for their kids: ?? Pressure to Perform One of the main reasons kids start to dislike sports is the pressure from parents. Imagine just trying to enjoy a game, but all you can think about is your parents watching and critiquing every move. Whether it’s a missed shot or a slow time, kids feel like they’re playing to avoid disappointing their parents. This turns a fun activity into something stressful, where sports feel more like a job focused on not letting anyone down. ?? Unwanted Coaching Parents think they’re helping by giving advice after every game, but kids already have a coach—they don’t need two. Constant feedback can feel overwhelming as young athletes are already processing their performance. What they really want from parents isn’t critique, but support. Let them learn with their coach without feeling constantly analyzed. ?? Public Embarrassment There's nothing worse for a kid than hearing their parent shouting from the stands—whether it’s advice, yelling at refs, or commenting on other players. Kids already feel pressure from coaches and teammates, and parents vocalizing every thought just adds to the embarrassment. They want to focus on the game, not stand out because their parent is making a scene, which can lead to teasing from teammates later. No one wants to be the kid with the loud parent in the stands. ?? Loss of Ownership Sports are meant to be their space to make decisions, push themselves, and discover what they enjoy. But when parents get too involved—choosing teams, pushing extra practices, or dictating positions—the sport stops feeling like it belongs to the kid. This loss of control takes away the joy and turns it into living up to their parents' expectations, leading many to eventually lose interest. ?? Emotional Exhaustion The pressure to perform, unwanted coaching, and embarrassment build up, turning a fun activity into a source of anxiety. Many kids can't relax or enjoy playing because there's always something at stake. This emotional strain can lead to burnout, where the sport that once brought joy now causes stress, making it hard to regain the initial excitement. In the end, while support is essential, parents must find a balance. Kids need space to make mistakes, grow, and discover their own love for the sport without feeling constantly judged or pressured. Sports should be an outlet for fun and growth, not stress. Allowing kids to take ownership of their athletic journey helps them thrive both in performance and in their relationship with their parents. #athletezero #athlete0 #mentaltraining #collegerecruiting #sportsnutrition #nutrition #mentalstrenght #parents #kidssports #familysports

Michelle Obama has #SelfDoubt! Self-doubt is something many of us struggle with, and it’s easy to assume that successful people are immune to it. But even the most accomplished individuals face insecurities and imposter syndrome. In this video, Michelle Obama was asked if she deals with self-doubt. Her response shows that even someone as inspiring as her battles that inner voice at times. Self-doubt may never completely disappear, but it shouldn’t stop you from pursuing the growth you deserve. Remember, feeling uncertain doesn’t make you less capable or worthy. We’re all human, and it’s okay to embrace imperfection. Instead of waiting for doubt to fade, keep moving forward. Embrace the opportunities that come your way—you deserve them as much as anyone else. #athletezero #athlete0 #mentaltraining #collegerecruiting #sportsnutrition #nutrition #mentalstrenght?#michelleobama #impostersyndrome

What No One Tells You About College Sports: 1?? You Won’t Be The Star Anymore In high school, you might have been the go-to player. But in college, everyone around you was “the star” at some point. Humility is key, and so is confidence. The results you’re used to might not come as quickly because the competition is fierce, and everyone’s good. And when you go pro, the jump happens all over again. 2?? College Sports Are a Business With NIL deals and transfer portals, the game has changed. It's all about performance now. If you’re not delivering, there’s someone else who will. Gone are the days when you have time to ease in and develop. From day one, you need to be ready to compete. That’s how the real world works, and college sports are no different. Ready for the challenge? ?? #athletezero #mindset #collegeathletics #sportsperformance #competition #eliteathletes #athletenutrition #discipline #collegesports #collegerecruiting #NCAA #D1
