Athlete To Athlete spotlight! I have had the pleasure of working as a mentor with Athlete To Athlete for a little over a year now, and I could not be more excited for its future! I would like to thank Co-Founders Anthony Waller and Zachary Maisus for recruiting me early on to join the team— it has been a pleasure to watch the platform transform and become even more impactful as time has progressed. In working with young student-athletes, I have had the opportunity to reflect on the plethora of positive experiences in my swimming career that have shaped me into the student, athlete, and person I am today. I am grateful for the opportunity to take everything I have gained from the numerous mentors I worked with growing up and pour it back into the swimming community. If you are a college athlete looking to give back to the athletics community, consider applying to become a mentor with Athlete To Athlete online at athletetoathlete.org. You will form meaningful connections and challenge yourself and the athletes you work with to grow!

We are excited to announce the creation of the UCLA Sports Leadership and Management Program, which aims to be the leading sports management program in the world. The program is designed to provide inspiration, education and access to graduate and undergraduate students, including student-athletes, interested in pursuing careers in the global business of sports. Inspired by the purpose and promise of the program, Andrew Campion (B.A. ’93, ’03) and Shelby Campion (B.A. ’95) made a generous donation to invest in its start up.
