Meet Lead Recycling Coordinator Angie( Eun Joo) Park, one of the amazing women at Athens who have made their mark on the waste industry and continue to go above and beyond. Originally from Korea, Angie’s career path took her from education to sustainability, where she found her true calling. Since joining Athens in 2018, she has dedicated herself to helping businesses reduce waste, increase recycling, and adopt long-term sustainable practices. Now, as a Lead Recycling Coordinator, she plays a key role in managing major accounts, training new hires, and leading zero waste efforts. Hard work, dedication, and perseverance define Oliva Ramirez Yanez’s journey at Athens. She joined in 2019 and has steadily climbed the ranks. From a Sorter to a Traffic Controller, and now a Plant Operator overseeing critical systems that keep operations running smoothly.
