Athenix Special Missions – Women’s History Month ???????????????? Featuring Patricia Bryant – IT Engineer ? Athenix Special Missions continues to spotlight women that make significant contributions to our mission. We would like to highlight one of our own teammates, Mrs. Patricia Bryant. Pat Bryant is a retired Army veteran. Pat has worked with Athenix Special Missions as an IT Engineer for eight years on a contract with Defense Forensic Science Center at Fort Gillem in Forest Park, GA during which time she served five deployments to Africa and four to Kuwait. She is a vital member of the Information Technology team for the Forensic Exploitation Department. She enjoys solving numerous challenging problems in support of the DNA, Latent Prints, FATM, and OPS examiners and resolves over 50 trouble tickets monthly. Her management support team, including her Program Manager, Kristen Spearman, provides her with the tools that lend to her success. Pat was born and raised in Jacksonboro, SC, and the oldest daughter of very proud parents.?She is a graduate of Walterboro High School (Go Bulldogs!) and has earned two Bachelor’s degrees in Management Information Systems from Saint Leo University. Pat is married to her delightful husband for 37 years, has two beautiful daughters, and one amazing son-in-law. She has 3 brothers, 3 sisters, and a host of nieces and nephews. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two energetic, handsome grandsons. She is involved in her local church and enjoys occasional outings with her friends, enjoys 5K races (when her knees allow it), and watching movies.
