During our ATHENA WIN Professional Growth and Development Series, Shelley Davis Boyd ignited our program by sharing insights on how women can fiercely advocate for themselves in challenging conversations. She illuminated the path to setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, effectively advocating for oneself and others, and approaching difficult interactions with emotional intelligence and respect. This session empowers participants with the tools needed to communicate assertively, build trust, and nurture stronger connections, both in the workplace and in personal relationships. As the Chief Operations Officer at M3 Group (M3), Shelley embodies strategic and operational excellence. Her extensive expertise encompasses management, business development, operations, business strategy, operational efficiency, budgeting and forecasting, marketing, and strategic planning.
