Session Description: In this interactive workshop, Emma Schain of Superbloom Learning and TaLynn Mitchell of TKM Consulting will review how to use inclusive decision-making as a tool for creating healthy, equity-focused, and impactful organizations. The inclusive decision-making framework created by Superbloom Learning and TKM Consulting outlines the steps that organizational leaders can take to ensure that their decision-making processes align with inclusive values, resulting in decisions and strategies that engender progress and effectiveness at all levels of the organization. Participants will have the opportunity to review the framework, reflect on how they make decisions at their organization, and practice applying this framework to real-life scenarios. They'll also have the opportunity to discuss the challenges that come with inclusive decision-making and ideate on solutions to overcome those challenges.
