We're excited to launch our fourth season of the Minds2Minds Mentoring Program, reimagining traditional mentoring as a collaborative learning journey where both partners contribute expertise and seek growth. Why participate? Using the GROW framework, partners will: Set meaningful, actionable objectives together Assess readiness to reach those objectives Explore development possibilities and resources Structure progress and accountability for impact Program Features:? ? 6-month structured learning partnership ? Mutual accountability for development ? Two-way knowledge exchange ? Regular learning exchanges and check-ins ? Access to partnership tools and resources ?
