We are focused on providing high performance aerospace composite parts while bending the cost curve through rapid forming, high volumes, and lean principles. We supply more than 800,000 parts per year, operating in a state-of-the-art facility in the eastern Washington, Northern Idaho region.

A great day for us too! We loved the opportunity to share with the next generation what modern manufacturing looks like. An impressive group of students who will go on to do great things!
Another amazing experience for students of Ferris Manufacturing. Started the morning off at ATC Manufacturing where students were able to see how composite parts for the Boeing 777 were created from thin sheets of carbon fiber lined plastic sheets. Thank you again Jacob Bonwell for the invite. From there, we crossed over I90 to Alternative Molding Concepts to see injection molding manufacturing. It was great to see the variety of sizes they operate including a larger one that makes plastic milk crates. They ship out orders of 50,000 crates at a time. Great questions on how operations in manufacturing work. Thank you to both ATC and AMC for the opportunity for these site visits and Spokane Schools CTE for funding this experience. Today was one for the books! My Dad, Gary Baird with ATC Manufacturing was at the same event I attended on behalf of Idaho Trust Bank. The Governor's Address was located at The Coeur d'Alene Golf and Spa Resort hosted by Coeur d'Alene Regional Chamber. Although Governor Brad Little wasn't able to attend, Lieutenant Governor Scott Bedke spoke, and I was reminded just how lucky and proud I am to live in such a beautiful State!
