Thank you all for appreciating my work. It is definitely a gift from God that I am truly grateful for. These last two years have been quite challenging for me as an artist as well as the entire art industry as a whole. Coming out of the pandemic, my regular collectors as well as my student clients have been doing more traveling and less art buying. And though I am happy for them and truly grateful for the support, fiscally it has been quite hard. The classes I teach and the art I create brings me joy. But understand it also helps me take care of myself and my family. It pays my bills, my food and medical expenses. It allows me to travel on occasion and for my art materials to continue to grow & create as an artist. When a potential client says that they are definitely going to purchase a piece of art & then reneges on the purchase. Not only does it challenge my goals but it challenges my inspiration mentally. Please remember when you do that to any artist, it hurts their mental journey to continue to create. I want to thank you all who have supported me over the years and hope that at some point you will bring yourself back to acquiring something new that will bring you joy. These pieces are meant for others. Once they are released, they are no longer mine. I want them to go to the rightful home. Please believe me when I say, I am always creating. I appreciate being the vessel that God chose. Enjoy your weekend and I hope to connect with you soon.
