Does Alberta's business landscape allow women leaders to reach their potential? That's what our W by ATB team set out to discover. They dove into the data, creating the 2024 Women-Led Research Report, to explore the opportunities for women's leadership in our province. The W team discovered that Alberta offers impressive strengths – strong industry opportunities and financial advantages – but we must address the persistent wage gap, and gender and racial bias. As we celebrate International Women's Day, we're proud of W by ATB for taking tangible steps to #AccelerateAction – dismantle barriers and create equitable opportunities – through this report and their ongoing work. Together, we believe we can build an Alberta where woman leaders can flourish. Read the full report: https://lnkd.in/g4i3KszQ
