Atapco Properties hosted the Hunt Valley Business Forum's Annual Meeting at our Deereco building. Brian Conklin, Atapco Properties Vice President, welcomed the group and spoke about our company’s history in Baltimore. We enjoyed meeting members and showing off the recent upgrades and renovations to our Hunt Valley area building.
On behalf of The Newly Elected 2024-2025 Board of Directors Hunt Valley Business Forum, our Board Chair Danielle Beyrodt extend the boards heartfelt gratitude to our Sponsors and Members for making our Annual Meeting a grand success! We are thrilled to announce that the Members Only Reception on April 10, 2024, saw over 130 registrations! 2022 was a great year for us, but 2023 was truly remarkable as we ended the year with 150 member companies and over 15 new sponsors! As of April 1, 2014, we have over 30 new members and nearly 180 companies. We are confident that HVBF will surpass our 2024 goal of 200 companies! We couldn’t have achieved this without our amazing results driven Executive Director Hunt Valley Business Forum Denise Kramer-Buchman, and our committee chairs: Mark Lund for Events Education, Logan Harvey for Membership, and Danielle Bridge for Public Policy. As our Treasurer, Matt Piazza, MBA CPA CCE, reported, “We had a financially great 2023 - Revenue was up $67K over the prior year to $147K, which in turn resulted in Net Revenue of $40,195 for the year.” This marks a 146% increase in revenue! ?? Vice Chair Tonia Niedzialkowski and Swadesh Guchhait were also in attendance. We thanked our outgoing board members Dixon Hopkins and Jennifer Huff-Erdman for their time and service to HVBF. Our success is a testament to the unwavering support of our members and sponsors who enable us to provide high-level educational events with highly sought-after speaker panels and presentations. We thank you! We’d like to give a special shoutout to Brian Conklin from ATAPCO Properties for sponsoring and hosting the event at “The Salie-Boh Lounge” at 9690 Deereco Road, Timonium, Maryland. We invite you to join us as a Member and/or Sponsor. HVBF offers six levels of membership to meet each business’s goals.
