Next up in our 2024 Project Achievement Award honors: ATANE, recognized for their role in managing the construction of the new West District Headquarters for the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services at Black Rock State Park. The new headquarters will house DEEP staff across various divisions, including State Parks ??, Forestry ??, Law Enforcement ??♀?, Boating ?? , and Wildlife ???. This LEED v4 Platinum and Net Zero facility features 16 geothermal wells, 186 solar panels, and native plantings to restore the local ecosystem and improve water filtration. ATANE ensured seamless project execution by maintaining its own BIM model to prevent construction conflicts and ensure smooth integration of components. ?? The successful project team included designer TLB Architecture, LLC and general contractor Nutmeg Companies.

?? Exciting News! ?? ATANE has been awarded the 2024-2025 Bridge & Other Structures Inspection Project by New York State Thruway Authority for the NY and Albany Divisions. This project involves the inspection and evaluation of numerous structures in Thruway East’s Inventory: ? 300 Bridges ? 150 Overhead signs and high mast structures ? 100 Large culverts ??Spanning 240 miles of roadway, it also includes emergency response services . ATANE is delighted to continue collaborating with New York State Thruway Authority, ensuring the safety and reliability of New York's infrastructure with each inspection ??♂? .
