Cargo theft is a $35 billion criminal enterprise, and trucking is a top target. Adam Blanchard, co-founder and CEO of Tanager Logistics and Double Diamond Transport, told Road Dog Trucking how his business became a victim. He also spoke about the solutions he raised while testifying before a Senate Committee on ATA's behalf.

New York’s congestion pricing scheme deliberately targets trucks, resulting in higher prices for everyone living, working in, and visiting the city. ATA joined the Trucking Association of New York in thanking the Trump Administration for terminating this ill-conceived tolling program and encouraged DOT Secretary Duffy to take all necessary steps to enforce its March 21 deadline.
