The vast majority of current coaches and clients are over 50 - but 60% of line managers are under 40. These young leaders often face major life milestones alongside career ones, and it is a formative time for developing self awareness and leadership skills that will benefit them well into retirement. Jenn Lange started At the Core Coaching (ATCC) to serve a unique purpose by providing structured, results-oriented coaching from a young leader who is passionate about developing talent and has navigated her own career challenges more successfully thanks to the coaching she received.
ATCC's approach is a unique combination of science-backed coaching techniques and acting as a guide for compassionate self-reflection (with a healthy dose of perspective) to help clients define their What, Why and How. This approach results in higher rates of fulfillment, faster career progression, and stronger leadership acumen for clients.
Jenn completed Coach Training at the world-renowned Co-Active Training Institute, became a Member Affiliate of and obtained certification from Harvard's McLean Institute of Coaching, and has her ACC credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a certified Hogan Assessments provider and coach.
Jenn has 17 years of professional experience in digital channels, spanning agency, start-up and Fortune 100 manufacturer roles. She is passionate about building and leading effective teams, identifying and developing successful talent, and creating the new to drive organizational change. Because of her experiences, she is eager to pay forward both her on-the-job and formal coach training to help young professionals achieve their career goals on their own terms.
