It successfully detected single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertions and deletions (indels), CNVs, and SVs in 11 target genes ???????? ???? ?????????????? ?????????????? ?????????????????? Results were found to be reproducible & robust across operators, runs, DNA extraction methods, mix combinations, and thermal cycler models.
