?? It’s hard to believe that close to month has passed since the semester began for Global Launch students! ? Outside of classroom learning, the semester kicked off with orientation, followed by a scenic hike up A Mountain and cheering with Sun Devil spirit at the ice hockey game. Throughout the month, students gathered weekly for Conversation Café, Indoor Sports and Global Hangout. We wrapped up the month with a festive Lunar New Year celebration! Traveling from Brazil with his wife and newborn baby, Guilherme Gomes enrolled into Global Launch determined to achieve English proficiency for ASU admission. Today, he is a proud graduate of ASU's Thunderbird School of Global Management, holding a master's degree in Global Management with concentrations in Digital Transformation and Global Business. "I wanted a master’s program that would challenge me and expand my global perspective," Costa Gomes shares.
