We are happy to have Victoria Lioliou on the CABLJ team. Victoria is a 3L at ASU Law and serves as a Managing Editor for the Corporate and Business Law Journal. Originally from Houston, Texas, Victoria received her undergraduate degree from the Honors College at the University of Houston, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Law, Policy, and Values. She spent the next year interning at a Texas district court for the Honorable Vincenzo J. Santini while concurrently conducting policy research for a former college professor. During her 2L year, Victoria spent her spring semester externing at the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One for the Honorable Anni Hill Foster, and from there went on to work as a Summer Associate at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP in the firm’s Houston office this past summer. Victoria is thrilled to be returning to Hunton Andrews Kurth following graduation, upon which she will join the firm’s Energy Litigation practice group as an associate attorney. In her free time, Victoria enjoys hiking, skiing, and watching Real Housewives (mostly old RHONY) on Bravo TV.

We are excited to welcome Jacob Martinez to the CABLJ team. Jacob is a 2L at ASU's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, and serves as an associate editor on the Corporate and Business Law Journal. He graduated with degrees in Political Science and Justice Studies from ASU and considers himself a proud Double Devil. Jacob is currently an extern at the Arizona Court of Appeals with Chief Judge Gass, and in the spring will be joining the Arizona Attorney General's Office. For the last three years Jacob has also served in the United States Navy, so you may find him fighting hurricanes or tying knots depending on the day. After graduating, he hopes to practice commercial litigation at a firm here in the valley.

We are elated to have Adam Bixby on the CABLJ team. Adam is a 3L at ASU Law and serves as a Managing Associate Editor. Born and raised in Kansas City, Adam attended Southern Methodist University studying Political Science and History. Adam spent his 1L summer working for the Honorable Brian C. Wimes at the Western District Court of Missouri. He also served as an extern in the District Court of Arizona for the Honorable Susan M. Brnovich. Most recently Adam finished his summer internship at the Supreme Court of Guam for the Honorable Chief Justice Torres. Adam’s article on Cloud Seeding in the Colorado River Basin will be published by the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy in 2025. In addition to CABLJ, Adam is also a member of ASU Trial Team, International Moot Court Team, Dispute Resolution Group, and Food Law Society. After Law school Adam will be clerking for the Honorable Judge Foster at the Arizona Court of Appeals. In his free time, he cooks, exercises, and photography.

We are happy to welcome Noorhan Elsaghir to the CABLJ team. Noorhan, a 2L and an associate editor with CABLJ, holds a degree in Political Science from Wayne State University. She plans to pursue a career in corporate law in Phoenix. Outside of law school, Noorhan enjoys practicing Pilates.

We are thrilled to have Alex Occhionero on the CABLJ team. Alex is a 3L Managing Articles Editor, and his comment “Too Little, Too Late: Shortcomings of Modern Fraudulent Transfer Law” was selected for publication in the forthcoming Winter 2024/25 edition of the CABLJ. Before law school, Alex graduated with a B.S. in Business Management and Secondary Major in Economics from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Alex is interested in natural resources law and corporate law in Phoenix upon graduation.

We are thrilled to welcome Payton Love to the CABLJ team. Payton is a 2L at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and serves as an Associate Editor for the Corporate and Business Law Journal. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Grand Canyon University. Payton is currently?on the board for both the Corporate and Business Law Society and the McCarthy Institute, which focuses on intellectual property. This past summer, Payton externed at the United States Federal District Court with Judge Brnovich. After law school, Payton aspires to build?a career in business and corporate law in New?York City. Outside of law school, Payton loves to go to sporting events, especially Nebraska football games, watch movies, travel, and spend time with friends and family.

We are excited to have Vincenzo Granatelli on the CABLJ team. Vincenzo is a 3L at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, where he serves as a Note and Comment Editor for the Corporate and Business Law Journal (CABLJ). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and previously played Division I football at ASU, which fostered his passion for teamwork and sports. Last summer, Vincenzo worked at Ogletree Deakins, a leading labor and employment law firm in Phoenix. Following this experience, he accepted a post-graduate offer with the firm, where he looks forward to practicing after graduation. Vincenzo’s career goal is to become an athletic director at his alma mater or serve as general counsel for a major sports organization. In his free time, he enjoys cooking for his girlfriend and spending time with his two dogs.

A proud 'double devil,' she earned her undergraduate degree in business law from ASU, where she developed an interest in corporate law. Gina currently participates in the Entrepreneur and Small Business Clinic as a Certified Limited Practice Student, providing legal counsel to small businesses in Arizona. Originally from Wisconsin, she will spend her upcoming summer working at Foley & Lardner in Milwaukee. Outside of law school, she enjoys pilates, tanning, traveling, and spending time with friends and family—especially when discovering new places to explore.

Kylie currently serves as the Publications Advisor for CABLJ.?Before law school, Kylie graduated from California State University Sacramento in two and a half years with a B.A. in Public Relations and a minor in Philosophy. Kylie is interested in litigation and is especially drawn to the practice areas of corporate and employment law. In her free time Kylie enjoys spending time with her puppy, Leo, and taking pilates classes.?

She received her Bachelor's degree in Finance from Southwestern?University of Finance and Economics in China. This past summer, Chenbing worked as a law clerk at Briones Business Law Consulting and gained lots of corporate and business law experience. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her friends and try new food. She's also a Swiftie.
