For Passion4ECO I’m gearing up for a Spring 2025 relaunch—but not without some serious restructuring. This past month has been about coordinating manufacturers, planning upcoming designs, and finalizing a jewelry collaboration that I’m really excited about. It’s a process of “repottingâ€â€”transplanting an idea into better soil, giving it space to grow, and ensuring the right pieces are in place for long-term success. Acting as Ground Zero Marketing (my alias for artist marketing, development, management, and consulting), I’ve been learning the power of organization. Clearing out and managing inboxes, booking performances, and developing an artist development marketing package have shown me just how much small operational improvements can create smoother workflows and bigger opportunities.
