?? Leadership Walk & Talk Meeting! ?? We are so fortunate that our Aster Springs Residential facility is near the Harpeth River and beautiful walking trails! Our clients that are medically cleared are able to enjoy these strolls during Mindful Movement group with staff. Nature is so healing! Recently my two leaders and I started taking mindful trail walks to process and brainstorm and we’re calling it our weekly Walk and Talk meeting. ? Thankful for our Milieu Supervisor, Sarah Seckman and Director of Nursing, Brittany Hodge- best team ever!! ??

Our Fall Festival was a success! We had fun activities, a mini horse, and lots of laughter. ?? ??
?? First annual Aster Springs Fall Festival was a blast! We had pumpkin bowling (knocking down Boosts of course ??), a pi?ata, face painting/hair coloring and a sweet mini horse to love on! Our client that won “Most Enthusiastic Spirit Week Participant” was able to pie our Dietitian! This was the perfect way to end the week. Love bringing joy and fun to our clients and team! ??
