Spring is in full bloom! ???? Our Nashville facility is bursting with beautiful flowers, while clients in Virginia planted herbs and set intentions for their recovery. This hands-on experience helped them explore the connection between nourishment, self-care, and healing—finding meaningful parallels between tending to a garden and caring for themselves. #astersprings #eatingdisorderrecovery

?????? Not only is March National Nutrition Month but TODAY is National Registered Dietitian Day! We were able to love on some of our fantastic RDs in the community over breakfast. As a small thank you from Aster Springs, each RD was gifted a positive fruit or vegetable, along with a self-care pouch to take with them (the crocheted veggies and fruits were a hit!). We are so thankful for our Aster Springs RDs Collette Romstedt, MA, RDN, LDN, ACSM EP, EIM Lawren Haney, MS, RDN, LDN Diana Romanach MS, RD, LDN Julie Mason and Mary Ann Green. The support you provide our clients is invaluable!! ?????? Alli Crochet Amanda Sloan Kayla Little Carson, RDN Tammy Beasley, MS, RD, CEDS-C Christine Hall
