Big shout out to Dr. Mark L. Johnson for training our members on how to be better trainers. This was a super fun class and inspired us all to want to deliver better training. Some of the top things we learned: Training is not about delivering content Training is never one and done 94% of what we learn is showing and telling 83% of information is learned visually Our hands-on training included trying to make a paper sailboat, a paper cup, and a paper airplane.?
