Supporting and Enhancing the Effectiveness?of Prosecutors in Their Efforts to Create Safer Communities.
关于我们
The Association of Prosecuting Attorneys (APA) is a national 501(c)(3) organization headquartered in Washington, D.C made up of elected and appointed prosecuting attorneys from throughout the nation. APA's mission is to support and enhance the effectiveness of prosecutors in their efforts to help make our communities safer. APA serves as a prosecutorial and criminal justice think tank that provides valuable resources such as training and technical assistance to prosecutors to develop proactive and innovative prosecutorial practices that prevent crime, ensure equal justice, and help make our communities safer. APA acts as a global forum for the exchange of ideas, allowing prosecutors to collaborate with all criminal justice partners, conducting timely and effective technical assistance and providing access to technology for the enhancement of the prosecutorial function. In addition, APA serves as an advocate for prosecutors on emerging issues related to the administration of justice and development of partnerships. APA keeps prosecutors informed about and involved with changes in both law and practice through regular training sessions, comprehensive publications, legislative analysis, and amicus activity. Contact us for any of your technical assistance needs! Our expertise and broad community partnerships can help you achieve your criminal justice goals.
