American Bankers Association Annual Convention AMBA leadership attended the American Bankers Association Annual Convention in New York City, October 27-29. AMBA’s CEO also spoke and highlighted the benefits of AMBA membership and the success of the Veterans Benefits Banking Program during the ABA Foundation’s annual Community Commitment Awards Luncheon, which recognized several banks’ extraordinary acts of service to support the people in their communities. Among the winners was AMBA member Regions Bank for Financial Education, while Armed Forces Bank and First Heroes National Bank received Honorable Mentions for their support to Military Families. This year’s ABA Annual Convention included a dynamic speaker lineup.
