What happens in Vegas usually stays in Vegas, but we must share some highlights from the 2024 AONN+ annual conference. Our team is buzzing with excitement! It was a busy week as ACCC colleagues attended sessions, presented 3 abstract posters, and shared a vast array of educational resources. Most impactful, however, was the privilege to hear the stories of myriad nurses and patient navigators who move mountains in medicine to ensure all people affected by cancer are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. Topics of popular ACCC resources included financial advocacy, hematologic malignancy treatment, and biomarker testing. Visitors at our booth were especially enthusiastic about a recent journal article addressing the unmet sexual health needs of patients with cancer.
