?? Congratulations to ACCA Board Member David Gosky on receiving the Marsha Fountain Award for Excellence in Oncology Administration from the Association of Cancer Executives! As Executive Director of Administration at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center-James Cancer Hospital & Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC), David oversees all administrative, operational, and fiscal responsibilities for the research arm of Ohio State’s cancer program. He plays a key role in efforts essential to maintaining and renewing OSUCCC’s National Cancer Institute (NCI) designation. David’s contributions to oncology administration extend beyond Ohio State. During his tenure as Director of Administration and Finance at the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center, he was pivotal in securing NCI designation in 2013 and leading the recompete in 2018. His leadership continues to shape the field through his service on External Advisory Boards, the Alliance of Dedicated Cancer Centers, and as Past President of the Association of Cancer Executives.
