关于我们

At AMPI, we make the dairy products that make some of the nation’s top brands. We know what we’re made of is just as important as what we make. Our core values -- commitment to quality, responsibility to others and determination to succeed -- guide us in all we do. More than 1,050 employees help move the milk produced on Upper Midwest member dairy farms to customers across the U.S. and around the world. We do this with a manufacturing network that processes milk into dairy products for retail, foodservice and food ingredient customers. AMPI employees touch all facets of the food chain, from the farm to the market. We're farmer-owned and Co-op Crafted, and our dairy cooperative reflects the values and commitment for which the Midwest is famous. AMPI offers rewarding jobs in a variety of fields, including manufacturing, accounting, communications, marketing, information services, supply chain and more. Job positions will be posted as they become available. We'd love to have you join our team!

  • Cheers to coming together and taking things to the next level in 2025!??? This week at our annual meeting, member-owners gathered to hear business updates, celebrate awards and draw inspiration from several great speakers, including keynote Jerrid Sebesta on living a #LifeUndeferred. They also had a chance to taste products featuring AMPI cheese, butter and powders, including some of our newest cheese innovations — Mango Habanero and Caramelized Onion. The enthusiasm and engagement from our dedicated dairy farm families reinforced what makes AMPI special. We're energized by the collaborative spirit and excited to make this our best year yet.

We’re still buzzing from the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) Dairy Forum in San Antonio, TX, which focused on the LIMITLESS future of the dairy industry! AMPI CEO and IDFA Cheese Board Vice Chair Sheryl Meshke played a key role in the event and joined The Dairy Download hosts Phil Plourd and Kathleen Noble Wolfley on the podcast (pictured). Sheryl shared a few of her own hot takes for dairy industry professionals: 1. Craft a shared industry vision as the world turns to us for growing dairy needs. 2. Invest in innovative approaches to grow dairy’s relevancy in diets here and abroad. 3. Educate policymakers, many of whom are new to Congress. Did you attend Dairy Forum? What was your top takeaway? #DairyForum #AMPIinAction

  • As a co-op, it's crucial to represent our members where important conversations are happening. AMPI Vice President of Marketing, Sarah Schmidt, spent last week doing just that in Washington, D.C. with some of the nation's leaders in food and dairy. ?

Vice President of Marketing at Associated Milk Producers Inc. | Lead Storyteller for Dinner Bell Creamery

Started December in D.C. meeting congressional leaders with fellow dairy champions from across the U.S. After a contentious election season, it was refreshing to sit down and visit with those playing an important role in how our nation works with and supports its farmers and food system. The production and consumption of food truly unites us all. Top topics of conversation included: * Extending the current farm (and food) bill, passing a new bill ASAP in the new Congress * Navigating upcoming trade conversations with awareness of the impact on dairy and all of ag * Expanding access to nutrient-rich, protein-packed, affordable, great-tasting dairy products to Americans Thanks to the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) team for convening last week's dairy delegation. Let's keep the conversations going. And for my fellow dairy cattle genetics fans, yes, I did take a picture with a picture of Carlin-M Ivanhoe Bell. ?? Fun to visit with David Carlin at IDFA whose family bred the bull that would go on to have such a profound impact on the Holstein breed.
