With nearly a decade of experience in the community association industry, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge, a passion for excellence, and a steadfast commitment to enhancing community living. Originally from Pennsylvania, Tim has called the Northwest home for 28 years. Over the past nine years, he has cultivated a reputation for resolving conflicts on boards and within communities, ensuring financial stability for associations, and empowering his teammates to perform at their best. His professional background also includes valuable experience in the real estate and banking industries, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of community needs. “Tim’s extensive industry experience and collaborative approach make him an ideal fit for our team,” said Monika Padilla, Branch President. “We’re confident his leadership will further elevate the level of service we provide to our communities.” Outside of work, Tim enjoys an active lifestyle, which includes landscaping, running, chopping wood, and spending quality time with his two sons.
